This year, the FIPSE registration for participants, graduate students, and spouses does not include the cost of the hotel room, as was the case in previous FIPSE meetings. However, it does include the following:

• Conference participation.
• Welcome reception on Sunday evening.
• Elegant Banquet on Monday evening.
• Transportation to and from the port of Katakolo on Tuesday evening.
• Closing Banquet and Dance on Wednesday evening.

Hotel reservations must be made directly through the Hotel website, HERE.

The negotiated FIPSE prices are:

• • Single Room:     € 180/day
  • Double Room:  € 200/day

The same prices are extended to FIPSE participants for several days before and after the conference.

These prices are on a half-board basis. During the days of the conference (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), the half-board will be used for breakfast and lunch. In the days before or after the conference, they can be used alternatively for breakfast and dinner. Participants can pay with two different credit cards. The conference registration fees can be paid using the University/Company credit card, while the additional services can be paid using a personal credit card. If you are accompanied by someone else besides your spouse/companion (e.g., children), you will need special hotel accommodations. Please get in touch with the hotel at HOTEL email for your special reservation needs.

Conference participants and graduate students should follow the link to the right for registration. Please see below for what the registration price covers. You can add additional services (see choices below) and pay with the same credit card. You also can pay for the other services with a different credit card. In such a case, conclude by paying for the conference registration. Then, come back to select the additional services and pay for them.
