How to Book your Hotel Room

Starting with FIPSE-6, participants must book their hotel room

directly through the Resort’s website.

The special FIPSE-6 Room Rates will be available until

May 15, 2024

The Hotel will not extend this deadline any further.
If you try to book the hotel room after May 15, usual hotel restrictions will apply.
These require a 5-day minimum stay, and the rates are on an all-inclusive meal basis.
They at=re: € 250+ for a single and € 330+ for a double room.

The Resort has been fully booked for Saturday, June 15.

Hotel Europa in Ancient Olympia is an alternate hotel for June 15.

This will work particularly well for those planning to take the Sunday tour to Ancient Olympia.

The Saturday bus from the Athens airport to the Aldemar Resort will go on to Hotel Europa if needed.
On Sunday morning, the tour bus from the Aldemar Resort to Ancient Olympia will stop by Hotel Europa.

Nothing changes for those who have already booked a room at the Aldemar Hotel for Saturday, June 15.

The FIPSE rates are for a half board. During the conference days, this will be used for breakfast and lunch.

These rates are available for stays between Thursday, June 13, and Saturday, June 22, inclusive.

  • Single room, garden view, at € 185/overnight
  • Double room, garden view, at € 200/overnight
    • This room is also for two adults & a child up to 12 years old
  • Triple room, garden view, at € 297/overnight
    • This room is for three adults
  • Family Apartment, garden view, at € 305/overnight
    • This room is for two adults & two children up to 12 years old
  • Family Apartment, sharing a pool, at € 380/overnight
    • This room is for two adults & two children up to 12 years old
  • The last two choices of rooms can also be booked for three adults and a child up to 12 years old

Proposed Hotel Booking for Saturday, June 15, 2024

The proposed alternative hotel for June 15 is Hotel Europa in the city of Ancient Olympia: see HERE

It is an excellent hotel with a spectacular view of the valley below and an exceptional restaurant. Many people from the town of Pyrgos go there for an evening dinner.

If you booked this hotel and will take the Saturday bus from Athens Airport to the Aldemar Resort, you will be transported to this hotel. If you have also booked the tour to Ancient Olympia, we will pick you up there on Sunday morning at 8:50 with your luggage and transfer you to the Aldemar Resort hotel after the tour.
